It means our services are designed to fit everyone, and our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Our services are broken down per Stylist rate times the amount of hours a stylist performs the final look. Each stylist has an hourly rate. How does hourly pricing work?
You pay for your stylist's time, not a menu of services. Rates run $95 to $160 an hour depending on the stylist, and our pricing is gender-free. Not sure how much time to book? Call or text (510) 443-2467.

How much time should I book?
One hour for a haircut. Two hours for a transformation or first-time curly cut, or a tint touch-up with a haircut. Two and a half hours for all-over color, gray blonding or color blending with a haircut, or a partial highlight. Three hours for partial highlights with a haircut, or a bleach touch-up with toner. Four hours for balayage, full highlights or lived-in color with a haircut.

Do you cut curly hair?
Yes, along with razor and scissor cuts. First-time curly cuts and curly transformations are booked as two-hour appointments.

Do you do hair extensions?
Yes: sew-in, fusion and tape-in. A consultation is required first, and the hair is a separate charge. Extension sales are final once the hair is ordered.

Do you offer keratin treatments?
Yes. Talk with a stylist to find the right keratin service for your hair.

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment. You have 2 weeks for any corrections, and after that adjustments are charged at the stylist's hourly rate.
